I, too, cannot cook a steak to save my life. I adore being in the kitchen and think I'm pretty decent at most meals, but as soon as steak night is suggested I am stepping AWAY from the pan. Unless, of course, you like yours cremated - then I'm the girl for the job.

I was so lost at first trying to figure out who was Eloquent then I read the words and realized it was you! If I could have one perfect dish and a nice table setting I think I would feel like I made it in adulting.
